OTTYs are aliens that are coming from the planet Blipdoolp, a water planet that has 95% of its surface covered in water. They came to Earth to learn about people’s habits and live among humans. Some of them integrated perfectly among people and they now live a normal life as every human on planet Earth, but there are more OTTYs that came to Earth, not to integrate among humans but to conquer the planet and turn it into a water world by melting the icecaps!! However, there are a small amount of OTTYs that are ready to help planet Earth to win this war.
